The number of consumers who wish to become better informed about their own health is on the rise and the demand for consumer initiated testing has increased.  To serve these consumers, San Diego Lab Testing offers screening tests for certain conditions, as well as full health screening tests for men and women.  

 

San Diego Lab Testing is an San Diego, California owned and operated clinic specializing in the three basic, yet essential health services required to operate under DOT compliance 49 CRF Part 40, or the capacity to operate a drug and alcohol free workplace.

 

1) DOT Physical Exams to obtain a DOT Medical Card or CDL,

 

2) DOT & non-DOT Drug Testing,

 

3) DOT & non-DOT Alcohol Testing.

We offer Medical Review Officer (MRO) services as well.

 

San Diego Lab Testing is a "ONE STOP SITE!"  You no longer have to go to one facility for a DOT Physical and another for a drug and alcohol test.  San Diego Lab Testing is a certified DOT Urine Collection Site.  MRO services are also available to support DOT as well as non-DOT testing and result interpretation.

 

PLEASE NOTE:  As of May 2014, all DOT Physicals for the DOT Medical Card must be performed by a medical provider who has completed the new DOT Physical course, passed the course, and has been registered with the NRCME, pursuant to DOT rule 49 CRF Part 40.  If a DOT Physical Examiner has passed this standardized course, and is legally registered with the NRCME, the examiner will have a registered provider number with the NRCME. DOT Medical Cards issued without an NRCME registered examiner are considered to be invalid.  Our Medical Examiners are NRCME registered.

 

All lab tests are performed by nationally recognized and CLIA Certified laboratories.
